Anisuzzaman Chowdhury serves as a director of a private bank founded by his father, the esteemed business leader and politician Mr Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu. In addition to his role with the bank, Anisuzzaman Chowdhury also serves as chairman of three other market-leading companies: Navana Pharmaceuticals Plc, Anowara Construction Ltd and Gas One.

Anisuzzaman Chowdhury is also Chattogram Maa-O Shishu Hospital’s most generous benefactor, having made sizable donations to Chittagong’s leading healthcare provider, an institution that provides free medical treatment to enhance and save the lives of local people.
